A Called Business Meeting is scheduled for January 21, 2024 at 4:30pm for the sole purpose of considering two proposals:

1. Appoint Charlie Hurd, Darleen Mastin and Jim Clifton to serve as Church “Trustees” for the sole purpose of ceding any church rights to “Broad Street”.   

 

[Note: This is a carryover from November’s discussion regarding the Princess Anne High School plan to close “Broad Street and incorporate that property into its plans for the new school campus construction.  Nominations for “Trustee” will be Charlie Hurd, Darleen Mastin, and Jim Clifton.  We have received assurances/clarifications from the school for the points raised at the November Business Meeting.] 

 

2. Approve funds in the amount of $100K to fund the replacement of our church Fire Alarm System.
